What is FOGGIT?

Is FOGGIT only for race engines?

NO! FOGGIT has a vast amount of uses. Any piece of machinery that you would like protected from rust and corrosion is a great candidate for FOGGIT. FOGGIT has been used as a tool and di lubricant, gun cleaner, rust remover, to name a few other use cases

Does FOGGIT have silicone in it?

No, FOGGIT was developed without silicone.

Does FOGGIT work on engines with ethanol and methanol?

FOGGIT works for all types of fuels.  Due to the the corrosive nature of ethanol and methanol those engines especially need FOGGIT!!!

Can I use FOGGIT getting a car or engine out of storage?

Yes, you can use FOGGIT when pulling your car out of storage. Here’s how to do it:

1. Remove the spark plugs: This gives you access to the cylinders for proper application.
2. Spray FOGGIT into each cylinder: Spray a small amount of FOGGIT fogging oil into each cylinder for about three seconds. This helps lubricate and protect the internal components.
3. Turn the engine over slowly: Using a ratchet, slowly turn the engine over to ensure the oil is evenly distributed throughout the cylinders.
4. Let it sit: Allow the engine to sit for a few hours. This gives the fogging oil time to settle and form a protective coating on the internal components.
5. Turn the engine over again: After a few hours, turn the engine over once more to ensure the fogging oil is thoroughly distributed.

If the engine is still having difficulty turning over repeat steps 2-5.
